Colored Hair Dye ( not natural)?

I am going to dye my hair soon. I have tan skin and brown eyes, and my hair is black naturally. I was going to bleach it out and dye it either

-bright purple

-neon pink

-red (a darker red)

-bright blue

I can't decide, opinions?

oh my gosh! I have naturally black hair too! And i wan't to bleach my hair and dye it maybe cotton candy pink or blue. Don't bleach your whole head because its really hard to get it black again! Hmm just bleach streak it and dye it purple or red....that's what i would do

I think that u should either dye it a dark red with bright purple highlights!!! It will look rock'n!!!!

Red will not only look best on your skin tone it will stay in the hair the longest. Especially the brand Special Effects. For the longest results you only have to lighten to a gold color. If you want a blue or green you must lighten all the way to pale yellow.

since your hair is naturally black, it'll be REALLY hard to lift it light enough to do it pink or bright blue (it'll just come out like dark orange or greenish-dark blue. you should probably do a chunk and put in two colors, like bright purple with red or something.

To ansewer your question, For your skin tone and eye color I would go with purple. I think that would look cool as I used to do crazy things with my hair years ago, and I atill want to color mine pink and my skin tone is light and my hair is sandy blonde.

I let mine go. Silver isn't a bad color when it appears to be highlights, which happened naturally.

i'm a 17 year old male and used to have straight and healthy hair when i was like 9 years younger. they say they gave me a too early haircut when i was a baby that started damaging my hair throughout the years. Do you mean you've done things to your hair that's damaged it? Like, straightening and dying. Or that because they cut your hair too early it's damaged? If that's what you're saying, that doesn't cause damaged hair.

It could simply be because most guys don't use conditioner, or they use those crappy 2 in 1 kind.

You can pick up a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner (for females), and use that. The smell really doesn't last long, if you're worried about that.

My fiance uses mine all the time.

Aside from that, you can shave your head... that way, when it grows back, it will be new, undamaged hair.

if you came into the salon i work at i would give you a trim and a deep contitioning treatment.

Not sure about that but you can try this remedy.To check graying of hair, mix lemon juice in olive oil, beat till frothy and apply on scalp and wash off after an hour. Premature graying of hair can be postponed by using a strong decotion of black tea and a tablespoon of salt, strain and apply to the roots for 45 minutes and wash with water. Don't shampoo. hairdresser........your natural color sounds great..you already have your highlights...dyed hair on a guy looks fake especially if it doesn't match facial tone..eyes..etc...and you have to retouch new growth at least once every 6 weeks...go to a popular shop..look through the books for men and find a great haircut....and be the real you!
