yes but it will take a long time to lift to that level. do not attempt it at home trust me, it will be bad. just go to a salon to begin with and have a professional color-ist do it. ps you may want to do your brows too

you can get it bleached to a platinum, but it may cause itchiness and dryness on your scalp. i would get it done at a salon to make sure it's done properly though. also, dye your eyebrows too. nothing looks worse than different hair and eyebrow colors.

the best is to get a profesional to do it for you, i've worked in a salon, and alot of clients have come in to get their hair fixed because they decided to go blonde, and do it them selves at home (people with dark hair), so instead of wasting 鎷?0 on a hairdye/highlights kit, i would spend an extra 20 just to get it perfect..

if i was you, i wouldn't go from a dark brown to a platinum blonde too quick, i would do it in a few steps... first get some blonde highlights(different shades maybe) and then this would lighten your hair up a bit, then after about a month, go all over blonde...
