is there any hair dye that will come out a intensed/extreme color without bleaching?(oh,and on dark brown hair)

Manic Panic's After Midnight Blue will make your dark brown hair look black with blue highlights. Some of Manic Panic's reds will show up. Most any "Weird" color will need pre-bleaching to make it show up bright.
